ABOUT ME

Nam Woohyun known as Woohyun (우현) and have a nickname Namu, Namstar, Namgrease. He was born in 8th February 1991. He is a South Korean singer, songwriter, actor, and the vocalist of Korean boy group ‘INFINITE’ since 2010.

Fun & Random Facts:

• Before becoming a singer, he actually wanted to be a soccer player!
• Fans call him “Greasy Nam” because of his cheesy, flirtatious fanservice—he loves showering Inspirits with love.
• He’s super affectionate with his members and fans—always ready with a smile, a wink, or even a dramatic pose.
• He completed his military service in 2021 and came back stronger than ever.
• His solo music tends to be emotional and romantic—perfect for late-night listening.

In early 2023 was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, which threatened both his participation in the already-planned Infinite comeback as well as his career at all as a singer and performer. After recovering from surgery, he joined his groupmates in their promotions and concerts, eschewing the recommendation of his physician to rest.
